Evening Sail - 2025 Australian Wooden Boat Festival

While the tempo of these events are more relaxed you can still get involved in setting some sails, helm at the wheel with the Captain, or alternatively, relax and soak up the atmosphere.

The Evening Sail includes a nibble box with sweet & savory delights. Included in the ticket tea, coffee, chilled soft drinks and water. 

EVENT INFORMATION:

Minimum Event Age: 6 years. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an Adult. 

Included:  A delicious nibble box, tea, coffee and chilled soft drinks and water.  At time of booking please list any allergies / intolerances we need to consider for catering.

What to wear: Please wear sensible footwear, preferable flat soled closed shoes. Recommend a windproof jacket.  Stilettos and sharp-heeled shoes strictly prohibited.

Boarding: Access to the ship is via gangway and ladder. The ship is traditional built so lifts, ramps or disabled access are not available. Foot coamings must be negotiated to enter the saloon and ladder to lower areas for bathrooms.

Session Time: 6.30pm - 8.00pm

Be ready for departure: 45mins before session start time

Cruise duration: 1.5 hours, allow approx 15mins to disembark ship after arrival

Where to meet ship: Princess Wharf, Hobart

• Smoking near or on board the ship strictly prohibited, this includes e-cigarettes.

• No alcohol can be brought onto the ship.
